Short Biography
Most. Hasna Banu holds a master’s degree in Public Administration from Islamic University, Kushtia. She has a strong interest in research, academic activities, and the advancement of knowledge. Her primary research interests include public administration, education and education policy, early childhood development and well-being, social development, and the influence of family and socioeconomic conditions on children’s education.
She has experience in academic writing, literature reviews, data collection and analysis, research methodology, report preparation, and presentation. She has participated in collaborative research projects and academic activities and has published two research papers in academic journals. She also has professional experience as an officer at a general insurance organization.
As the Volunteer Team Leader at Biggani.org, she leads the volunteer team, coordinates its members, and supports the implementation of science-, education-, and research-focused initiatives. She is particularly passionate about encouraging young people to pursue knowledge, creativity, and research and empowering them to contribute to positive social change.
