About
Nafis Rahman Sayeem is a researcher with an academic background in Applied Chemistry and Chemical Engineering from Islamic University, Bangladesh. Originally from Sreepur, Gazipur, he has a strong interest in research, academic activities, science, and emerging technologies.
His primary research interests include nanomaterials, materials science, green synthesis of nanoparticles, photocatalysis, sustainable materials, and nanocomposite materials.
As part of his Master’s thesis research, he is currently conducting laboratory-based research at the Bangladesh Council of Scientific and Industrial Research (BCSIR), Dhaka. His research involves the synthesis and characterization of nanomaterials and their potential applications, while also providing him with experience in modern laboratory-based analysis and experimental techniques.

He is also particularly interested in using Website Development and IT to help disseminate scientific knowledge to a wider audience.
Future Goals
Nafis aims to pursue higher education and advanced research in Nanomaterials, Materials Science, and Sustainable Technology.
His long-term goal is to contribute to internationally recognized research on environmentally friendly nanomaterials, their practical applications, and advanced materials development.
Beyond research, he wants to share his knowledge and experience with young people and encourage them to pursue research, science, and higher education. He believes that knowledge becomes most valuable when it is used to benefit others, and he hopes to contribute to the advancement of science and technology in Bangladesh through research, technology, and knowledge sharing.
