Short Biography
Tahsinur Rayyan is a student, science communicator, and emerging science writer. His primary interests include astrophysics, astronomy, and science communication. He is particularly curious about the origin and expansion of the universe, black holes, dark energy, and space exploration.
He believes scientific research achieves its fullest value when complex ideas are communicated to the public in accurate and accessible language. He therefore considers scientific exploration and communicating science clearly in Bengali to be complementary parts of his academic journey.
His experience includes research-based information gathering, analysis and fact-checking, science article writing, editorial content refinement, language editing, and interviewing scientists. He strives to present complex and sometimes controversial scientific subjects in a clear, fluent, and impartial manner.

Tahsinur earned Talent Pool Scholarships in both the Grade Five Primary Scholarship Examination and the Grade Eight Junior Scholarship Examination. In recognition of his distinguished district-level performance in the Grade Eight scholarship examination, he was honored by several educational institutions, including Shikho, Udvash, and Bonoful Academic Coaching. Passing the written stage of the Cadet College admission examination while in Grade Six is another notable achievement in his academic journey.
